Getting to grips with a new system can be tricky and there'll be things you want to do but you can't quite get there. So we're here to help you out.

Telephone and email support

If you're having any problems using the content management system or just want to ask us a question, we are available during office hours to help. The cost of this support is included in the package and we will always spare the time to help you get your problem sorted. We want to empower you to run your own website and to ensure that it meets your business needs so time spent helping you to overcome any problems is well spent.

Design techniques

Years of experience mean that we know what looks good and what doesn't. If you want any advice on how to lay out your pages, order your text or even just what colours to use, we are on hand to help out.

Picture resizing

In order to make you your website always moves quickly, we have set limits on the image uploader. If you try to upload anything that could affect the download speed of the page, your visitors might get annoyed. Resizing pictures is simpler than you might think. In the help section of our site, there is a guide to doing this which includes visual aids. However, if you're still having problems, give us a call and we will run through the process with you.

Comprehensive online support manual

Whilst building and testing our content management system, we made a list of all the questions that new users had (and some that we had!) and compiled a manual. Given that the manual has been built up gradually during the development of this service, we're pretty sure any questions you have will be answered in there. If you come up with something we haven't covered, let us know and after dealing with your query, we'll introduce a new chapter dedicated to it.
